We use local seasonal products for dishes
The plates are mostly made up of local, extremely fresh products from the surrounding farms. During the season, they are complemented by freshly picked fruits, vegetables and berries from the restaurant’s host’s garden. The kitchen combines a variety of cooking techniques : from traditional to modern. These are tanning, drying, salting or baking in combination with modern culinary technologies .
We create a menu with foreign chefs - mentors
To educate our team and to strengthen the gastronomic culture of the country, we cherish the idea of culinary mentoring. We are constantly looking for like-minded people in Lithuania and abroad – foreign chefs who want to share knowledge, cultivate culinary competence and spread a culture of hospitality outside the restaurant.
The following masters have visited our restaurants and presented lessons and special dinners: one of the most famous in Iceland chefs Ragnar Omarssonas and his assistant Bjorgvinas Myrdal, Spanish culinary star Sergio Bastard, Bordeaux Region chef Stephane Casset Stephan, one of the best Riga restaurants “Restaurant 3 boss Juris Dukalskis, as well as several Michelin Star restaurant worked, Tallinn Ribe Restaurant staying at Rado Mitro.
The restaurant’s latest menu was created by Michelin-starred Italian chef Pasquale Palamaro in conjunction with the „Apvalaus stalo klubas” team.
